For some time now I have been stating the obvious. Judges are senile morons who should be better occupied with jobs more suited to their talents. Janitor for instance – or perhaps not – one has to clean toilets not be one.
Recently there was another glaring example of this idiocy enacted in Bristol in England.
Report:-
Hotel broke law in gay couple snub Snub? These perverts want putting down – make the world a lot cleaner.
Christian hotel owners who refused a gay couple a double room acted unlawfully, a judge has ruled. Pity they were acting morally and in keeping with their beliefs. Of course, being married was also a strike against them.
Peter, 70, and Hazelmary Bull, 66, were breaking the law when they denied Martyn Hall and his “civil partner” [What's this? A euphemism for a couple of perverts, of course.] Steven Preddy a room at their hotel in Cornwall in September 2008.
Judge Andrew Rutherford made the ruling in a written judgment at Bristol County Court as he awarded the couple £1,800 each in damages. God, money for old rope and these sick-heads didn’t even have to hawk themselves around the town for a night! Perhaps the judge was getting the Bulls to pay for HIS night out? With a Preddy-boy maybe, who knows?
Mr Hall and Mr Preddy, from Bristol, were seeking up to £5,000 damages claiming sexual orientation discrimination under the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007. This Act was obviously thought up by those politicians who prefer to lift shirts rather than wear them.
At a hearing last month, the Bulls denied the claim, saying they have a long-standing policy of banning all unmarried couples, both heterosexual and gay, from sharing a bed at the Chymorvah Private Hotel in Marazion near Penzance, which was based on their beliefs about marriage, not a hostility to sexual orientation. Good for the Bulls. Seems that to be moral these days is to be unlawful. I wonder where all that will lead.
In his ruling, Judge Rutherford said: “We live today in a parliamentary democracy. Our laws are made by the Queen in Parliament. Where was this idiot educated – oh, of course, he wasn’t. Laws are made by the very sexual perverts sitting in parliament who follow the same creed as this judge and their ilk. The Queen, for all her sins probably does not agree with this ridiculous attempt to convince proper thinkers that perversion, sexual or other wise is “normal”. She merely has to sign the papers like it or not. It is inevitable that such laws will from time to time cut across deeply held beliefs of individuals and sections of society for they reflect the social attitudes and morals prevailing at the time that they are made. This doesn’t make them right nor acceptable to those of us with scruples and morals. Of course that makes an exception of judges and politicians. Those who make the rules and those who force [or try] to make us abide by them, together make up the majority for whom the rules are made.
“In the last 50 years there have been many such instances – the abolition of capital punishment; the abolition of corporal punishment in schools; the decriminalisation of homosexuality and of suicide; and on a more mundane level the ban on hunting and on smoking in public places. This last sentence only serves to amplify the total stupidity of this judge. Anyone who can equate the ban on hunting and smoking with the sexual perversions of mindless, drooling misfits is surely in need of education or at the very least in some professional help.
“All of these – and they are only examples – have offended sections of the population and in some cases cut across traditional religious beliefs. These laws have come into being because of changes in social attitudes. No you fancy-panted poofter, they have come into being because the perverts have invaded every walk of life and now, being in parliament and sitting in judgement on their betters have brought out these laws to satisfy their own bestiality. If one disagrees then the bleeding hearts and PC brigade are up in arms – tough.
“The standards and principles governing our behaviour which were unquestioningly accepted in one generation may not be so accepted in the next. I am quite satisfied as to the genuineness of the defendants’ beliefs and it is, I have no doubt, one which others also hold. More than this brainless, bewigged, buffoon would believe. Many are of the same mind as I, put these mongrels down. If I were an employer or hotel owner or whatever I would not entertain the thought of them entering my establishment.
“It is a very clear example of how social attitudes have changed over the years for it is not so very long ago that these beliefs of the defendants would have been those accepted as normal by society at large. Now it is the other way around.” Yeah, the pendulum has swung right across. Now if one has morals or mores one is castigated and put down. One can only hope that one day the pendulum will swing back to the more sensible side of living. Have to stamp out a lot of queers to achieve that……………who’s first? Step up, pervert, let’s bury you.
