Moronic judges – again.

For some time now I have been stating the obvious.  Judges are senile morons who should be better occupied with jobs more suited to their talents.   Janitor for instance – or perhaps not – one has to clean toilets not be one.

Recently there was another glaring example of this idiocy enacted in Bristol in England.

Report:-

Hotel broke law in gay couple snub   Snub?  These perverts want putting down – make the world a lot cleaner.

Christian hotel owners who refused a gay couple a double room acted unlawfully, a judge has ruled.   Pity they were acting morally and in keeping with their beliefs.   Of course, being married was also a strike against them.

Peter, 70, and Hazelmary Bull, 66, were breaking the law when they denied Martyn Hall and his “civil partner”  [What's this?  A euphemism for a couple of perverts, of course.] Steven Preddy a room at their hotel in Cornwall in September 2008.

Judge Andrew Rutherford made the ruling in a written judgment at Bristol County Court as he awarded the couple £1,800 each in damages.    God, money for old rope and these sick-heads didn’t even have to hawk themselves around the town for a night!   Perhaps the judge was getting the Bulls to pay for HIS night out?  With a Preddy-boy maybe, who knows?

Mr Hall and Mr Preddy, from Bristol, were seeking up to £5,000 damages claiming sexual orientation discrimination under the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007.   This Act was obviously thought up by those politicians who prefer to lift shirts rather than wear them.

At a hearing last month, the Bulls denied the claim, saying they have a long-standing policy of banning all unmarried couples, both heterosexual and gay, from sharing a bed at the Chymorvah Private Hotel in Marazion near Penzance, which was based on their beliefs about marriage, not a hostility to sexual orientation.    Good for the Bulls.    Seems that to be moral these days is to be unlawful.   I wonder where all that will lead.

In his ruling, Judge Rutherford said: “We live today in a parliamentary democracy. Our laws are made by the Queen in Parliament. Where was this idiot educated – oh, of course, he wasn’t.   Laws are made by the very sexual perverts sitting in parliament who follow the same creed as this judge and their ilk. The Queen, for all her sins probably does not agree with this ridiculous attempt to convince proper thinkers that perversion, sexual or other wise is “normal”.   She merely has to sign the papers like it or not.    It is inevitable that such laws will from time to time cut across deeply held beliefs of individuals and sections of society for they reflect the social attitudes and morals prevailing at the time that they are made.   This doesn’t make them right nor acceptable to those of us with scruples and morals.   Of course that makes an exception of judges and politicians.   Those who make the rules and those who force [or try] to make us abide by them, together make up the majority for whom the rules are made.
“In the last 50 years there have been many such instances – the abolition of capital punishment; the abolition of corporal punishment in schools; the decriminalisation of homosexuality and of suicide; and on a more mundane level the ban on hunting and on smoking in public places.    This last sentence only serves to amplify the  total stupidity of this judge. Anyone who can equate the ban on hunting and smoking with the sexual perversions of  mindless, drooling misfits is surely in need of education or at the very least in some professional help.

“All of these – and they are only examples – have offended sections of the population and in some cases cut across traditional religious beliefs. These laws have come into being because of changes in social attitudes. No you fancy-panted poofter, they have come into being because the perverts have invaded every walk of life and now, being in parliament and sitting in judgement on their betters have brought out these laws to satisfy their own bestiality.    If one disagrees then the bleeding hearts and PC brigade are up in arms – tough.

“The standards and principles governing our behaviour which were unquestioningly accepted in one generation may not be so accepted in the next. I am quite satisfied as to the genuineness of the defendants’ beliefs and it is, I have no doubt, one which others also hold.  More than this brainless, bewigged, buffoon would believe.    Many are of the same mind as I, put these mongrels down.   If I were an employer or hotel owner or whatever I would not entertain the thought of them entering my establishment.

“It is a very clear example of how social attitudes have changed over the years for it is not so very long ago that these beliefs of the defendants would have been those accepted as normal by society at large. Now it is the other way around.”  Yeah, the pendulum has swung right across.   Now if one has morals or mores one is castigated and put down.    One can only hope that one day the pendulum will swing back to the more sensible side of living. Have to stamp out a lot of queers to achieve that……………who’s first?   Step up, pervert, let’s bury you.

Now the pay-off begins!

Independent MP Rob Oakeshott has the skills and attributes to be the Speaker in the new Parliament, says the Chief Rat.  Oh, at last.   I wondered when the payoff would come for the purchased election of the current bunch!

The Labor Party’s Harry Jenkins has had the job since 2008, following the party’s election win in November 2007 and is widely respected by both sides of politics.

He was seen as the frontrunner for the job until Mr Oakeshott said on Wednesday that he was interested in taking control of the lower house in the first hung parliament in 70 years.   Poor old Harry, gets kicked out for the new boy who has been bought [and soon to be paid for?]    Shows how the Labor party rewards years of service don’t it? Nothing new in that though is there?

When asked whether the government was backing Mr Jenkins as Speaker, the Rat  told reporters in Canberra: “We’re taking this a step at a time.”   Oh no doubt.   One drunken step at a time……….or should that be mis-step?

The Chief Rat said some practical and legal matters had to be resolved before the government agreed to support Mr Oakeshott’s candidacy.  Practical, what like shooting poor old Harry so as to create a legal vacancy?  and legal ah, maybe declare poor old Harry a Section 8 case to ease him out of the job?   Perhaps the opposition should vote against this turncoat being selected.

“I’m very happy to say that I think Mr Oakeshott obviously has the skills and attributes necessary,” she said.   Obviously he has the skills suited to the Labor government, like selling out his electorate and supporting immorality but attributes?……….I doubt even the Chief Rat has any of those!

What a bunch of disreputable, licentious, lying, self-serving, immoral parasites we are suffering this time……………oh, sorry forgot, that’s the norm for politicians isn’t it!

Another win for a “sportsman”?

Teen denies making advances to league star

Trial continues

A football player arrives at court for day two of his trial, to hear evidence from a teenager he is accused of sexually assaulting.

A teenager has rejected claims she made advances towards a star rugby league player, who she says sexually assaulted her.

Moments after voicing his repulsion at her smoking, the player allegedly kissed and sexually assaulted the girl outside his home.

This player  is charged with twice indecently assaulting and sexually assaulting the 17-year-old.

He is standing trial in  Court, where the complainant, who can’t be named for legal reasons, gave evidence by CCTV on Thursday.

Now aged 19, she says she twice pushed away this pervert when he made unwanted advances towards her outside a townhouse complex.

After kissing her with his tongue, he then allegedly penetrated the teen’s vagina, digitally , running his hand up the inside of her shorts.

But under cross examination by the offender’s lawyer it was suggested the girl knew who the attacker was and it was she that approached him and that she took hold of him.

So once again we have a high profile “sportsman” accused of an offence with the inevitable lawyer trying to defend the indefensible.    Of course, being paid by the defendant he is going to attempt to make it seem like the fault of the woman and try to paint the sportsman as a saint.

If this case follows the usual track where these so-called sportsmen think that they are above the law  – then………………the law will not apply to him!    No doubt, if found guilty [a faint hope with the current crop of judges who are in general suffering from dementia], he would receive a very harsh sentence.   This could be as severe as a small fine or even, terrible thought something as hard as community service!     Unfortunately I do not hold out much hope for such.    Our judges [what a misnomer that is...........I wouldn't let any of them judge a cat show] are somewhat blind when it comes to these sports hardened professionals.     They suffer from the same blindness as most people when it comes to sport.     What they do not seem to realise is that sports are not the be-all and end-all of this existence.     These misfits who pose as “sportsmen” should be subjected to the same punishment as any other offender and not allowed to utilise their positions to be allowed free rein where the laws of the land are concerned.    A sexual assault no matter by whom on whom deserves a custodial sentence of some length but, watch my lips…………it won’t happen!   And judges demand respect from the people…………………yadda, yadda yah!   None of them deserve respect.   Respect has to be earned and not given just because some popinjay has been appointed to a position of power.   The only judge I ever had respect for was Jeffreys who had the right idea when it came to punishment!

Labor “won” the election

So once again, thanks to the brainlessness of a few MP’s who got elected on an “independent” ticket, we have another socialist government.    So many morons are braying about Labor having “won” the election due to its’  NBN “policy” when in fact that never entered into the calculations.     The so-called independents sold out their electorate and the taxpayers in general by being bought by a rat-face with the morals of an alley-cat!    I suppose being “shacked up” with someone rates a lot higher than being married.    Perhaps there is some advantage to  that situation, maybe to do with tax dodges, or some other financial gain of similar likeness.    Of course, there is the added advantage of no messy divorce and after changing partners, let’s dance again!    Any offspring who had trouble remembering just who their parents really are could be considered “collateral damage”.   Not that the rat-face in question would have children…………..they would be a drag on her “career” and what a career………..the total ruination of Australia!   Let everyone face the fact – Labor governments anywhere have that aim – first dismantle the family, then the country.

Don’t misunderstand me.   I have nothing against the malignant parasites currently in power.    I have the same feelings toward them as I would to any other group of  bacteria.   Eradication, pure and simple!     I am not advocating anything as drastic as shooting or hanging, much as those solutions may appeal to the more enlightened in our society.    Not only is it against the law but it is slightly reprehensible…………..wasting good bullets or rope on such!

However, to get back to the subject of a Labor “victory”…………..it wasn’t.     Had the Coalition been prepared to offer a better deal/higher price to those abysmal “independents” they would be claiming victory and we would have a more sensible parliament.    Of course the “Greens” [cabbages? and a mind to match?] who are led by a sexual pervert would support someone with no morals but one wonders how these independents can bring themselves to side with people of that ilk.    Is it an indication that they too lack any mores?    I expect anyone who tells an electorate one thing then sells out to the highest bidder can hardly be called moral……….not even by today’s standards!

Whatever the explanation it would seem we are stuck with this drongo bunch of union hacks for another two years at least, or perhaps, until the independents get tired of supporting such a bunch and revert to the status under which they were elected.    Perhaps next time their electors will have second thoughts about voting for them……….after all if the electorate had wanted Labor MP’s they would have voted that way!   Just goes to show the perfidy of politicians.

Australia’s First!

So Australia has its’ first woman? Prime Minister.

One can but hope that this misfortune, that befell the Australian people when Gillard acted the part of Brutus, will be short-lived.    So we have gone from Rudd the Dud to Gillard the mine-bosses blow-hard!   Why is it that people world-wide are burdened with the biggest rat-bags in the highest places?    The US always elects a total idiot to be President, sorry about that George but you cannot argue.    Given that he is usually a very rich idiot does nothing to detract from the fact that he is an idiot.    Obummer is certainly no improvement there!   Australia, it seems, has always followed the worst that the US turns out and this month is no exception.      I suppose Prime Minister by betrayal is almost as good as being elected to the position – at least the pay is the same – the perks from mining may be greater though!

I do not, nor do I have any desire to, associate with these parasites called politicians.   I refuse to vote for them deeming it a waste of my time going to a polling station.   Should I ever have the misfortune to meet one, even one as “exalted” as Gillard I would avoid any close contact in case of my becoming infected.   Should one even expect me to shake hands I would refuse on the basis that I have not handled faeces since I stopped changing my children’s nappies many years ago and have no wish to revert to that nauseating occupation.     Let those who kiss the rear ends of these blots be the ones to handle it!

Apparently this latest perversion of intelligence has decided to call an election on 21st August and has the gall to ask Australians for their trust!    Anyone who trusts a politician, particularly a politician whose only qualification is that she is an ex-union has-been and knows nothing about how to run a country, is out of his/her mind!     That being said I am sure there are enough idiots in this country who will vote for these hacks and re-elect them.     This is pretty well a forgone.    If Australians are so pathetic as to elect sexual perverts to parliament, those same perverts supporting the Labor Party, then we will see a recurrence of the stupidities that followed the previous election.   Not good for Australia…………..mark my words.

The only good news I have heard is that if one isn’t enrolled by 8 pm on 19th July then one cannot vote…………………thank goodness I missed the deadline again!

Dumb and Dumber?

I do not usually watch television, deeming it to be a cacophonic and visual abomination!   However I had the misfortune to be in the lounge when the better half decided to watch a programme entitled “Caught on tape”.    It purported to show the stupidities enacted by  a set of imbeciles who were unaware of their being filmed.    In between these idiot acts, which were replayed over and over ad nauseum, there were comments from another bunch of imbeciles who were supposedly making educated comments on the acts of the  first conglomeration of idiots.    Truth be told, I had a hard time distinguishing between those who were the dumb and those who were the commentators!

The majority of the so-called commentators were as ill-dressed,vocally unintelligible and in some cases as over endowed with avoirdupois as were the “dumb”!     Their comments were about as intelligent as the droppings from the rear end of an elephant and about as large and interesting.    Obviously the producers thought?,   that’s hardly apposite but using it loosely, that these people [personalities?], these wunderkind of the media were of such importance that paying them to behave stupidly was worth paying out the big bucks!   Almost as stupid as paying some so-called “sports personality”  dickhead to advertise a credit card!  [That too is shown so often as to make one want to vomit]!

One wonders why this sort of rubbish is foisted on people who are looking for entertainment.   Indeed, one wonders why people even consider this sort of thing entertaining and worth watching.   With the advent of “reality TV” entertainment has taken a dive into the Marianas Trench!    In the early 1950′s television was mooted as the replacement of the cinema……………….hasn’t happened yet and since the direction of TV has been retrogressive, it never will!

Many  years ago someone once said that “…work will expand to fill the time which is available in which to do it”    Meaning that overtime is always possible.      In the early days of TV there was but one station.   This aired programmes from 10 am to 1030 am and from 3 pm to 4 pm for children.   The station closed from then until 6.30 pm and aired shows until 1030 pm.   Most of the programmes were of a reasonable standard.     So now we have a modification of the old saying.    Garbage will expand to fill the time which is available….etc.,.      Since the number of stations is almost unlimited and all run for 24 hours 7 days a week the garbage has expanded beyond belief.

The fact that this situation has arisen and that it continues unabated says a great deal for the current mentality of the general population.     Dumb or getting dumber?

Medical technological marvels!

It all started with a slight pain in my right shin.     Being aware only of a slight extremely minor accident involving the leg I assumed it was either nothing or possibly shin splints  and soldiered on.     At the end of a week, the pain having increased to such a degree that it was  almost unbearable, I ‘phoned the surgery and was lucky enough to get an appointment for two days later.    The doc thought I had a thrombus, although I was doubtful and since my wife was attending an eye specialist in town two days later he managed to get an ultrasound appointment on the same day.   As I suspected the U/S showed no thrombus and I took the resulting films to the doctor.

I was then able to make an appointment some days later at which time, the pain being almost continual, he thought that perhaps an X-ray would show something and subsequently two days later I was in town again and had X-rays.    I took the films to the doctor and to my utter non-surprise they showed nothing amiss.    He was still of the opinion that I was suffering from a thrombus so once again four days later I was in town again at a different ultra sound clinic to have yet another U/S.     Again, I was not expecting any problem and was not disappointed when the films showed no thrombus!

Three days after that I saw the doc, got the results of the U/S and the decision was that I should have a blood test to see if I was suffering from an infection.    By now the pain was so bad that it was keeping me awake at night as well as making my days somewhat unbearable.  My suggestion of a possible fracture was treated as an idiotic impossibility.    So,  five weeks after the pain first started I was in the clinic having blood withdrawn.     The next day I was informed that my blood was “perfect”   all parameters being “normal” and that perhaps I should have a bone scan.    This required me to go to a suburb of the city [a place I detest] and required a wait of some two weeks!

Eventually, with some considerable pain and suffering, the time came to have the bone scan.   It took fifteen minutes to get in to have an injection which then took about 30 sec to administer.   I had to wait some two hours for the radioactive gunk to circulate the body after which it took another 30 min waiting time, an hour for the scan and another hour to get the results.    I dropped the films and report in the doctors on the way home [having read the report first] and meandered home.   Thus seven weeks after the first twinge I had the diagnosis that I was suffering from Paget’s Disease!    Of this I was unsure since the diagnosis did not match the symptoms but being a layman who was I to argue?     Two days later I saw the doctor and since we had a diagnosis? Tramadol [Ultram, Tramal et al]  was prescribed as a wonder painkiller.    Eight weeks gone!

I took this medication and the following morning woke in a very sorry state.   I was unable to swallow, had extreme difficulty in breathing, nauseous, had the shakes and a severe headache.    Somehow I suspected the Tramadol was the culprit so did not take any more and went to the emergency room at the local hospital.     The doctor there suggested that I should not be taking that medication, with which I agreed wholeheartedly!   She also suggested that I should take antibiotics as she believed that I had an infection, not Paget’s Disease.     I was given a months supply and was told to take them all.   A trip to an endocrinologist seemed to be indicated………..wow!

So, three days later  I was given an appointment for a day some  three weeks ahead to see an endocrinologist…………..in the City of course!    Well the day arrived and after an hours journey, a 30 minute wait and a ten minute/$160 consult I was told I did not have Paget’s as the symptoms were all wrong but had, instead, a bone infection and needed to see an infectious diseases specialist but keep up the antibiotics.   This is now some eleven weeks after the start of the pain.   A pain from which, in spite of the painkillers, etc., I am still suffering!

A further visit to my own doctor a few weeks later as it appeared that the antibiotics had “plateaued” in that they were no longer effective and the pain was increasing again.   The medication was changed to a stronger “bone infection” oriented antibiotic!     This time I was given a months’ supply plus a repeat!     Well, they seemed to help for a while but the pain started increasing again some four weeks later so I went to the surgery yet again.   This time my doctor was off on recuperation leave having undergone a repair to his rotator cuff I saw the same woman doctor who prescribed the antibiotics originally.   She could not understand why I was still suffering from such pain and decided to request a CT Scan of the lower leg.

That CT Scan took place some nine days later – having combined the trip to town with another of my wife’s eye appointments.     I had to wait two hours for the scan photos to be processed then had a 90 min drive back to the surgery to give them to the doctor.    She was very happy as the CT Scan had shown that I had suffered a spiral fracture of the tibia.   Her immediate reaction was……………a cast!    I mentioned that a cast would make driving difficult so she said ok no cast but must use crutches except for short trips within the house………….but mustn’t walk on it for extended periods.         Er………….does some 19 weeks walking on it not count? She would arrange a visit to, in the City of course, an Orthopædic Surgeon within two weeks……….a matter of some urgency, it seemed.

Well, I gave the crutches a try…………….what a painful abomination.    They cause one so much pain they must have been invented by a woman!    I have ditched them in exchange for a stick which, whilst a little better does not lessen the pain in the leg.   However having presented me with the crutches the doctor then went on three weeks holiday leaving me in limbo.    I rang the surgery four days later to see if an appointment had been made but no, nothing in my file!   However, [good news!] I could get in to see another doctor in a weeks’ time!    Oh, Great, I wonder what she can do for me – more painkillers perhaps?.

So, after some 21 excruciating weeks, I am still in limbo suffering from severe pain for which the taking of painkillers does little.    However what are a few sleepless nights when, at least, one does know the problem.

Is it surprising in this day of modern technology and knowledge that it took some 19 weeks to diagnose a fractured tibia?

To some this may seem like an unnecessarily long time but having been on the receiving end and having always been somewhat cynical of the medical profession I am not surprised.    What does surprise me is the cost of the whole exercise but then I guess one must keep happy these specialists with their obscene charges!   Actually the monetary cost to me, involving petrol, wear and tear and time was minimal.    The physical, mental and psychological cost, however, is a different story.    Excruciating pain, sleeplessness and more stressful, the lack of a quick diagnosis plays havoc with ones’ mind.    However I am sure that this aspect is limited to myself and I can be thankful that it has in no way affected those medical practitioners with whom I have consulted!   Ah well, things could be worse, with less education and a bit  more stupidity I could have ended up as a politician!

Do Not Call – I just hope they don’t!

Now how about is this for government department stupidity?   There is a register which allows one to enter ones’ telephone numbers to avoid telemarketers being bothersome.

On 5th May I sent a complaint to the “Do not call” register as follows:-

The following enquiry has been received:

Name: Mr ****** * ******
Home or mobile number: **********
Company Name:

Address:
************

************
****

What does your enquiry relate to?: Other

Enquiry:

The do not call site lists exempted organizations.”….These include charities, religious organisations, educational institutions, government bodies, registered political parties, independent members of parliament and nominated political candidates. These exemptions are in place to ensure that these organisations and individuals can continue to provide services to the community……” Since I do not support any of these listed non-entities especially political and religious idiots is there any way I can obtain exemption from these moronic people from being allowed to call me? If not why not?

I received an acknowledgement of this and the following day [on 6th] received an update as follows:-

Dear ** ******,

Thank you for contacting the Do Not Call Register. The register has been established as part of an Australian Government initiative, to provide Australians with the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving certain telemarketing calls. Residential phone users can register their home and mobile telephone numbers, provided that they are used primarily for private or domestic purposes. Once a telephone number is registered then, apart from some limited exemptions, telemarketers are not permitted to call the number.

Exempt Organisations

The Government decided to make certain organisations operating in the public interest exempt from the prohibition on calling numbers listed on the Do Not Call Register. These exemptions were made, as the Government does not want to adversely affect the ability of these organisations to provide their valuable services to the community.

The following types of organisations are exempt:

·    Charities
Charities provide valuable services to the community and rely on various ways to raise funds to support their work, including by telephone.    Like looking after those at the top of the charity food chain, ripping off the fat and leaving the lean for those whom they are supposed to be helping?

·    Religious organisations
Religious organisations provide valuable support and community services as well as moral guidance to many people in the community.   Yeah, like the RC priesthood who need counseling for child abuse?

·    Educational institutions
Educational institutions need to contact their students, or former students, to inform them of the needs of their institutions and to seek funds.   Get out your begging bowls!

·    Government bodies
Government bodies need to use the most effective means, including telephone contact, to provide information to citizens on a range of issues which may otherwise be telemarketing.   Say what?

·    Registered political parties, independent MPs and political candidates.    This provides a mechanism for undertaking fundraising, ensuring political communication is maintained on important public mattersDuh?, like what more pay increases for pollies?

These organisations are still required to comply with the industry standard for telemarketers. The standard limits the hours that they can call, requires them to enable calling line identification, and requires them to provide certain information to consumers.  ACMA has prepared an Information Sheet that provides an overview of the requirements under the industry standard and it is available at: www.acma.gov.au.

Your Complaint

Thank you for your comments regarding the exemptions provided for under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006. The Government views these exemptions as being necessary, to ensure that these organisations are not negatively impacted on, and can continue to provide their valuable services to the communityI assume that they mean ……these organizations are not impacted on negatively…..English is obviously a second language to them!    “Valuable services” an oxymoron no less! The Government will assess the effectiveness of these exemptions during the legislated review after three years operation.

If you would like to make an enquiry or complaint about any other aspect of the Do Not Call Register, you may do so by calling 1300 792 958 or by visiting our website at www.donotcall.gov.au.   After this pantomime………….I think not!

Yours sincerely,

Michelle

The above is virtually word for word what is shown on the web-site and does nothing to answer my question.    Actually it begs another question.   What sort of moron thinks that any one of the five groups mentioned could ever be a factor in their being welcom to ring my number?   In truth should that ever occur I would have no hesitation whatever in hanging up!   As it is, since I have a post office box it is inundated with garbage of a political nature which I do not hesitate to dump in the nearest garbage bin.    This also goes for any other trash which comes under any one of the five groups.   Australia Post informs me that it is mandatory for them to insert such rubbish into my box even though I expressly ask them not to.   So much for freedom of choice!!

Of course, should the government really be genuine about saving money reducing junk mail and telemarketing calls would be a good way to start.  [Shooting Rudd the Dud and his henchmen would also be a good way to go.............although there are plenty of other parasites around to replace them so maybe that would come under the heading "Wasted effort"!]  Perhaps I should save all the mail garbage up for 12 months, sort it and send it – post unpaid – to each of the offenders!   See how they would like that!

Reaction or revenge?

On my blogs at various times I have castigated people and organizations without favour.    One such on  14th of January, 2010  was www.cdcovers.cc along with, sometime later,  the RAF so-called Management Organization, Centrelink and various and varied politicians and Public “Servants” .  Neither of the latter serve the Public since they are too busy serving themselves.   However I will not digress, one of my comments must have hit home because  since the beginning of this year [coincidence?] the page relevant to my “gallery” has been inundated with fake registrations such as users  jackupi, or adrian0002 and adminxboy. What the moron or morons who post these registrations do not seem to realize, or maybe do not even have the intelligence to think about it, is that my site has a filter designed to pick up just this sort of juvenile action.    None of them are able to set up anything, alter anything or even to upload or comment!   They are deleted from the site almost immediately so achieve nothing except the twisted enjoyment of attempting to disrupt my gallery.     Now, I make no accusations nor do I point the finger at anyone in particular but it surely is a bizarre coincidence that the fake registrations began soon after 14th January………………….!

I cannot understand the mentality, or lack of it, of people who do not have the courage nor the  intelligence to front up and write a comment on the articles that I publish.    If someone is incensed enough to carry out such inane acts surely it would be more productive to respond with a comment on the published article…………….there is provision for that.    Could it be that these imbecilic, ill-conceived drop-outs are not capable of expressing themselves openly………..but have to hide behind anonymity with scurrilous and surreptitious actions?

Since they achieved nothing I have no anger toward them rather I feel a deep pity for someone so pathetic who has to go through life with such a burden!

Dare I challenge them to answer me here?   Yes.   Do I expect a response?   NO.

Satellite service for digital TV!!??

FROM THE Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy WEBSITE!

Satellite service for digital TV

The Government is committed to ensuring, as far as possible, that every Australian has access to digital television.

Isn’t this just another of Conroy’s [read Rudd the Dud's] cons?   I live in an area which is, according to the idiotic so-called “coverage map”, a good area for analogue free to air tv.   In actuality I have great difficulty in receiving any “Free to Air” programmes and as for digital……….forget it!

Surely this should be put in the same category as Rudd’s “green loans”, “water tank” and “solar heating” cons?   None of those were worth the paper they were written on and sure as hell I doubt that this digital tv will be any different.    The only thing Conroy knows about digital is the one he has up his fundamental orifice!   Still, I guess he has to scratch his head somehow!

However, that being said, just how do these morons intend to “…..ensure that every Australian has access to digital television….”?     By going to one’s local tv store and watching it on an in-store tv?     Yeah, probably!!
